About This Site

This site exists solely for the purpose of sharing God's word and shedding light to the scriptures.  From the day of my salvation, I have felt led to write about God's word.  I confess, I have tried several times to turn away from my calling, but the Lord kept leading me to write and so therefore, I have surrendered to His calling.  My love for His word is indescribable.  It is like food to my soul.  I feel honored to share His word with all of you.  Believe it or not, as I write each post I often feel that I am as much a student as you are.  So, I have often concluded just as it is written, Jesus is my teacher and I am His student (Matt.23:8-12).  It is my hope that you receive His word with an open heart.  To God be the glory!!  Your friend Karla.
